Our first range of Hand-crafted Chocolate Bonbons.

• Oriel Sea Salted Caramel : A rich, buttery caramel enhanced with a touch of ‘Oriel’ sea salt, sourced from County Louth.

• Single Origin Ghana Ganache: An intense 68% ganache made using ‘Nyangbo’ chocolate, exclusively sourced from Southern Ghana.

• Blackberry & Vanilla: Blackberry pâte de fruit made using foraged Irish blackberries, is paired with a velvety vanilla bean ganache.

• Hazelnut & Milk Chocolate: A smooth creamy hazelnut filling, with a rustic homemade hazelnut praline.

Each 16 piece box comes with an even selection of flavours.

Our Production unit also handles gluten and sesame.
